PROGRAM DEVELOPERS
John Ceci
John has been an instructor helping goalies of all ages and levels develop their skills and techniques for over a decade.
John played 3 years in the OHL with the Ottawa 67's (where he won an OHL Championship), Owen Sound Attack, and Sarnia Sting.
John went on to play 4 years at Acadia University, where he won an AUS Championship.
Post graduation, John played professionally for the Fresno Falcons (ECHL), Las Vegas Wranglers (ECHL), Laredo Bucks (CHL), Grand Rapid Griffins (AHL) and Muskegon Lumberjacks (IHL).
Andrew Perugini
Andrew has been a goalie instructor since 2011, when he retired from professional hockey.
Prior to signing a professional contract Andrew played 3 seasons in the OHL with the Barrie Colts (where he was an All-Star) and Sarnia Sting.
He was signed by the Edmonton Oilers (NHL) to a two year AHL contract in 2008 and played with their affiliates Stockton (ECHL)/Springfield Falcons (AHL) as well as Asiago HC (Italy).
Andrew finished his playing career at York University where he was an Academic All-Canadian.
INSTRUCTORS
Christopher Perugini
Christopher played 4 seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Ottawa 67's and Soo Greyhounds.
During those 4 seasons, Chris amassed 165 games played with a total of 81 wins and 7 shutouts. After the conclusion of his seconds season, Chris was invited to participate in the Phoenix Coyote's pre-season camp.
After his career in the OHL, Chris moved on to play for the York Lions in the CIS. At York University, Chris appeared in 55 games, had 4 shutouts and achieved a career save percentage of .920. In his last season, Chris was named an OUA 2nd Team All-Star.
Christian Filippetti
Christian has 13 years of goaltending experience. He played 8 years of AAA hockey.
In 2018 Christian was selected 16th overall to the Barrie Colts in the U18 OHL draft. He then went on to play in the OJHL for the Aurora Tigers from 2018-2021.
Marcus Carestia
Marcus also grew up playing in the GTHL and has been a goalie instructor for the past 3 years. He is currently working with the U18 AAA Titans.
He displays excellent attention to detail and communication skills, building a rapport with all the kids he works with. As a smaller goaltender, he developed a keen understanding of positioning and how to maximize size for younger goalies.
Alex Pellegrini
Alex grew up playing in the GTHL through minor hockey and has been working with goalies for the past 5 years.
Alex is also a graduate of the Total Goaltending program.
