program overview
We are excited to announce the dates for our 2024 Summer Development Program. In an effort to continually improve our program, we are implementing some critical changes to our offering this season.
Over the course of the week we will be focusing on all the major technical and foundational components of the position. This includes skating, crease movement, rebound control, the butterfly, recoveries and the RVH, puck handling and situational awareness. The full-sized ice surface allows us to create more game situation type drills, while working on angles and positioning.
During each session, one drill will be recorded and shared back with the goaltender for review after the skate. This instant feedback allows the goaltender to take on-ice feedback and review this in their own time. The goaltender can save the video for their own use.
